PD-L1, Cytotoxic T cell and Helper T cell (PD-L1, CD8α, CD4) Antibody Panel contains 3 recombinant monoclonal antibodies against PD-L1, CD8α, CD4. They are provided as a sampler panel.

- S-RMab® PD-L1 Recombinant Rabbit mAb (SDT-R017) S0B2134
- CD8α Recombinant Mouse mAb (SDT-126-8) S0B2148
- CD4 Recombinant Rabbit mAb (SDT-R163) S0B2179
多重免疫组化
mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Anti-CD8α antibody (S0B2148) was used at 1/1000 dilution (Green), Anti-PD-L1 antibody (S0B2134) was used at 1/200 dilution (magenta), Anti-CD4 antibody (S0B2179) was used at 1/500 dilution (white), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
