背景介绍

  • Cytotoxic T cell and natural killer (NK) cell (CD8α, Granzyme B) Antibody Panel contains 2 recombinant monoclonal antibodies against CD8α, Granzyme B. They are provided as a sampler panel.

    Panel contains:

    - Granzyme B Recombinant Rabbit mAb (S-357-54) S0B0359

    - CD8α Recombinant Mouse mAb (SDT-126-8) S0B2148

  • 多重免疫组化

    • mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil. Anti-CD8α antibody (S0B2148) was used at 1/500 dilution (Green), Anti-Granzyme B antibody (S0B0359) was used at 1/200 dilution (Red), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
