背景介绍

  • Isotype control antibodies, to estimate the nonspecific binding of target. Use at concentrations comparable to those of the specific antibody of interest.

  • 流式分析

    • SD rat splenocytes were stained with SDT Biotin Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control Antibody (right panel) at 1/20 dilution (1 μg) followed by Sav-PE. Cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (left panel) was used as unlabeled control. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software

    • Flow cytometric analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde fixed 90% methanol permeabilized Hela (Human cervix adenocarcinoma epithelial cell) labelling SDT Biotin Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control Antibody at 1/20 dilution (1 μg) (right panel) followed by Sav-iFluor 488 compared with unlabeled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (left panel). Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
