  • Isotype control antibodies, to estimate the nonspecific binding of target. Use at concentrations comparable to those of the specific antibody of interest.

  • 流式分析

    • Human PBMC were stained with PE Mouse IgG2a (LALA-PG) Isotype Control at 1/20 dilution (1 μg) treated with True-Stain Monocyte Blocker™. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.

    • Flow cytometric analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde fixed and 0.1% Tween permeabilized human PBMC labeled with PE Mouse IgG2a (LALA-PG) Isotype Control at 1/20 dilution (1 μg) treated with True-Stain Monocyte Blocker™. Total viable cells, as determined by Fixable Viability Dye 452 (S0D0021), were used for analysis. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.
