Human PBMC were stained with PE Mouse IgG2b,κ Isotype Control at 1/20 dilution (1 μg). Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.
Flow cytometric analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde fixed and 0.1% Tween permeabilized human PBMC labeled with PE Mouse IgG2b,κ Isotype Control at 1/20 dilution (1 μg). Total viable cells, as determined by Fixable Viability Dye 452 (S0D0021), were used for analysis. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.
